These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Terra Care website and the landscaping services we provide. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services & Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and a site visit when required. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered once work begins, and any changes will be communicated before additional charges apply.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Liability

Terra Care carries general liability insurance for all work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with underground utilities that were not properly marked prior to service.
